Pregnancy?!

My pill is weird sometimes im on my period when im supposed to be and sometimes im not but i didnt think more of it.... but now i am supposed to be on my period according to my pills and im not and i wasent last week ( sometimes im on my period a week before the day im supposed to be)

Anyways now im kinda getting paranoid and worrying if i might be pregnant 🤰 can any of you help me out here
