Belly cast 🎬2

So I tried to make a belly cast with paper Mache a couple weeks ago and it went HORRIBLY

It wouldn’t dry for HOURS it’s was uncomfortable and tired and disgusting so I gave in and decided that I’d get plaster gauze...... well I did it today and omfg it went SO much better.

Going to sand and decorate it sometime this week, it gets pretty messy

So make sure you at least lay a towel down like I did. Also, make sure you put petroleum jelly or vapo rub on before you start the cast because it DEFINITELY hurts when you take it off if you don’t.

This is the brand of gauze I used and I got it at hobby lobby. (In case you want to do it too) I’ll be decorating with this stuff then also putting her handprints and name on my belly once she’s born
