Yes, it can overexfoliate your skin which will cause breakouts. Definitely not something I would recommend using everyday.

Mine caused a few breakouts in the beginning, but after the first week of use my skin has never looked better! My skin now looks so much clearer, smooth & glowy. I’d recommend using it once a day instead of twice, or even less often if you have sensitive skin
