Advice

Hi guys, I don’t usually post on here but I’m having a really hard time at the moment. I just wanted to see if anybody has some advice on how to get a more positive outlook on life and how to feel less alone - my social circle is extremely small and I trust very few people so the ‘go and see friends, socialise’ etc isn’t a great help for me 🤣

Also any advice on where I can get free support (UK) please and thank you 💙
