7w3d - anyone else crampy ALL the time?
I feel like I have light period cramps literally all day long. I work full-time at a daycare, so I'm on my feet a lot. I drink plenty of water and eat a good amount of fruits and vegetables. I don't remember being this crampy with my son, but that was 4 years ago! Ease my mind, please!
