First pregnancy and first miscarriage feeling lost
I went to the ER yesterday morning with bleeding and cramps. I was 12w 2 days. They did and ultrasound and no heart beat, baby was measuring 8w 6 days. I wasn’t passing naturally and had a D&C. Today I feel alone, and not wanting to be alone. I’m scared of not being able to get pregnant again. And words of wisdom or advise?
