Is a 17 year age gap creepy?

My friend (19) has recently started dating a 36 year old man. This freaks me out. Like a lot. I know the guy and he is very nice, but he's just way too old for her. The whole thing just creeps me out. Am I right for thinking this or should I just let it go and be happy for them?

Let it go. What matters is that they treat each other right. My younger brother is dating someone 13 years older than him. I am nothing but happy for them and support them 100%. 
It's not up to you to decide if it is right. It's her life not yours. Shes not 16 or 17.

You can think what you want that’s your right. If they’re both happy then let them be. My husband and I have a 19 year age gap and face A LOT of hate. We personally have a lot in common and we are basically the same person. He has a career and 2 children who I accepted. They had a hard time expecting me but it all eventually worked out. I’m currently in college and do work as well. We’re expecting our first together in July and we’re both thrilled. We both met at work. He was my supervisor and we could not stand each other at first. You could voice your opinion to your friend if you feel to do so. Just overall, make sure that he’s treating her well as he should be.

Well my ex husband was 25 years older then me and I started dating him when I was 19.. it’s ok if your not ok with it, it should not change her mind. At least be supportive as a friend.. you have a right to feel how you feel as long as it’s not effecting her
