Anyone have ovary pains in the tww and end up pregnant?

I had a positive opk Sunday dec 30th with some pink tinge cervical mucous Wednesday January 2nd. Hubby and I BD that Sunday and Wednesday. Today and yesterday o have been having ovulation pains like throbbing and pings. Period is not expected until sometime next Monday to Saturday. Anyone have this and end up pregnant?

Just wanted to update that I couldn't wait and symptoms kept being stronger so I took a test today!

I literally went through this last Thursday night excruciating pain for about 12 hours and then that next morning I was fun. Have been feeling small twinges over the weekend and today. Fingers crossed AF due 1/13-1/14
