Could I have SPD??

My groin area hurts a lot! It feels like it is bruised or like someone is constantly punching it! I am 24 weeks pregnant. Is anyone else experiencing this? How can you alleviate the pain? Should I mention it to my doctor?

Round ligament pain is usually on the sides.  It’s it’s in the middle it’ll be SPD and it feels like someone has taken a hammer to your pubic bone and your flesh is being peeled off at the same time.  I’ve had it since 17w.  Grab yourself an SI belt and wear it low on the hips.  Chiro didn’t help me, but physio and massage therapy sure did.

🙋🏻‍♀️ I feel the same way! I’ll be 14 weeks tomorrow and asked my dr last week about the pain. She said it was round ligament pain and wasn’t worried. She also said I could take Tylenol if I wanted to ease it a bit. It seems to be worse when I need to go to the restroom, on my feet a lot or when I turn over in bed.  
If you end up asking your dr let us know what they say! 
Hoping for a pain free future for both of us!

I have it. Mine feels like I've been riding a horse without a saddle for days on end. I can't even walk most of the time.
