Ive been taking metformin and iron pills plus prenatals since may when i got diagnosed with pcos, i had gone to my ob gyn because i was bleeding for a month and having irregular periods. Anyway i was really hoping the metformin would stop my bleeding since i was bleeding heavyly for a month with quarter size blood clots and for the most part it did and i was relieved and on october i had a regular period for the first time with no spotting in november i missed my period i got a vvvfp and got a few vvfps but they never got darker i took a another a week later and it was a bfn ( :( ) but i still havnt gotten a period Friday i started spotting very light pink color when i wipe the next day it was a maroon color only when i wipe and today im still spotting from maroon to brown all say and it also has stained the pad unlike the other days. Would i consider this a period or is it still just spotting? I'm just frustrated i want a period to be able to ttc. Anyone else gone through this?
