I’m on my period, and this has been one of the worst ones yet, it feels like there’s a knot at like the bottom of my abdomen and it hurts to like sit and laugh, I’m not using tampons because I don’t want to worsen the pain at the moment. It feels like there’s shooting pains up my vagina on and off and like the pains Bergen to the point where I’m almost throwing up and almost / in tears. Could this be signs of endometriosis potentially??? Any help/ advice much appreciated
