Does anybody get really bad cramps when they have their period especially on the first day? My cramps are really bad to the point where I can’t move and it feels like I have to throw up. What should I do?

Ibuprofen and heating pad.

My period use to be like that and it was the worst. At the time, Advil would help me, but the only way it actually went away is when I got on birth control and I get no cramps

Have you ever tried Midol?

I’m on day 3 and the pain is so bad 😭
Woke up at 5:15am with severe cramps and still can’t work up the energy to go eat something so I can take ibuprofen.. it’s now 5:43 and I’m just laying here and can’t move.
Have you always had these cramps?

Heating pad and midol or pamprin are my lifesavers
