Nexplanon implant removal

So I had the implant for 5 1/2 years, i got it removed because I was unable to loose the weight i had gained and it was now causing 70 day periods. Yes I’m serious.

I was wondering if anyone else has had it removed and experienced easier weight loss? Also how was your first period after getting it removed. So far mine has been HORRENDOUS.
