Plan B and the Nuvaring

Hi everyone! This is mostly towards users of the nuvaring but anyone on BC can chime in.

So I've been using the nuvaring for about 2 weeks now (one day short of 2 wks exactly) and had unprotected sex last night. We usually don't use a backup method but my boyfriend didn't pull out this time. My question is: being on the nuvaring for 2 weeks, should I go ahead and use a plan B pill or let the ring do it's thing??
