How many appointments do you have with a MW?

I'm 26 weeks + and it's my first and Im new in UK so don't really know, but I have been seen by the midwife just twice, had two scans 12 weeks and anomaly scan and once by the doctor. I was wondering if that's how it is here.
 I am kind of scared of going into labor as time is progressing. Little things escalates my anxiety.

There should be a schedule in your hand held notes. It's about 8 or 10  I think for low risk pregnancy. They start ramping up in frequency from around 28 weeks x

By 26 weeks i’ve seen the midwife twice and the doctor once. Only two scans. Then I saw the midwife at 28w, will see the doctor today at 31 weeks, midwife again at 34 weeks, doctor at 36 weeks, midwife at 38 weeks. My first pregnancy and I am low risk

With my midwife it depends on your risk level. I’m low risk so have only just gone to 2 weekly appointments with mine (starting at 34). Before that I was having them every 3 weeks.

I think now you should have one at 28 weeks, 31, 34, 36, 38, 40 and then 41 and 42 if you haven’t gone in to labour by then. But they are just midwife appointments you won’t have anymore scans unless they suspect a problem
