Birth control and anxiety

Hi all! I have been taking me birth control for 12 years and thinking about getting off of it. I have pretty bad anxiety and take Zoloft as well. I have been looking up a few things that says getting off birth control has been help stable their moods. Anyone have any thoughts or input on this?
