I stopped taking birth control pills about 7 months ago but my period has not been the same since before taking birth control. I was wondering if it was normal? I used to get really bad cramps and my period would usually be on time and it's very heavy, this was before taking birth control, and now after stopping i dont really get cramps and the flow is somewhat the same just some times it's crazy heavy and usually comes earlier than expected. Just extra info, on birth control I never got cramps and my period was very light. Once again just wondering if this is normal for your period to not return to what it used to be before birth control
