Nap time for 1 year old
Do you have a set time you out your 1 year old for naps? Or do you let them nap on their own time?
Other info:
She wakes up at7 am
bedtime 8, asleep by 8:15/830.
naps around 12 then again around 3:30.
Each nap is about 45 mins to 1.5 hours.
We obviously eat in between and play.
