Bra help! Lopsided 🥴

Hi ladies. I have a bra question.

My breasts are different sizes due to an accident as a pre-teen. One stopped growing and resulted in an A cup and a C cup. I pad my bra and you can’t tell, but breastfeeding is hard (especially in public) with my small side! It produces much less and it’s hard to get the nursing bra open without spilling my pads out if I want to feed from that side. I usually only feed from my larger side in public, but sometimes I don’t plan well enough and I have to feed from the small side.

Are there any nursing bras where I can place my pads INSIDE the liner so they are not loose in my bra? It’s not a question I ever feel ok asking about publicly, and I have huge self confidence issues when it comes to lingerie, low cut shirts, breastfeeding and swimsuits because of it. I’ve tried thirdlove but they’re just not working out.

ETA; this is something permanent. breastfeeding only amplifies the size difference and I know some women have this issue with a slacker boob producing less. Mine is ALL THE TIME.
