Anyone else think this way!?

Question

Hoping my pregnancy is right on track but after my MMC I’m just so scared there’s gonna be no heart beat, no baby (blighted ovum), ectopic with every pinch or cramp I feel 😩😩 I know I need to get my ultrasound within three weeks but I’m just dreading it!! Anyone else think this way or experienced any of these unfortunate MCs with certain symptoms at all?

I’m 4w5d and I’m so terrified!! 😭
I’m scared to get my hopes up, especially bc I don’t feel any symptoms!

I hope I’ll be able to feel a little more excited after a good scan and hearing a healthy heartbeat... but I’m beyond terrified of it going badly soooo I’ve been putting off calling. It’s still so early for me I could have another chemical so I’ll keep testing for a few more days first...
