Concerned!

Hi guys

I’m 5 weeks and 1 day today. Around 8pm I went to the bathroom and noticed light pink blood after wiping. About 30 minutes later I had a cramp that brought me to tears and it lasted for about 4 minutes. It’s now 10pm - I’m still bleeding and it’s pale pink. The bleeding isn’t enough to fill a panty liner but it is very visible when i wipe. I haven’t had any severe cramps but just a few small ones that happen randomly. Any thoughts? I’m very concerned and my husband has forced me to go to the ER. (I’d rather be home in my bed resting than in the ER right now)

Update:

After 8 hours in the ER last night, I left knowing lm pregnant and that they couldn’t confirm or deny miscarriage. To follow up with my OB in 2 or 3 days. Fast forward to tonight - I’m in the ER again. The bleeding got very bad and my husband was concerned for my safety. They’ve done a pelvic exam and said my cervix is closed. Currently waiting for an ultrasound tech to come and do a transvaginal ultrasound.
