Rainbow baby- when did your doctor see you?

I am wondering when your doctor let you come in to check and make sure everything was going okay? I lost a baby at 11 1/2 weeks my last pregnancy (had been spotting off and on) and I am 5w5d pregnant again. My doctor doesn’t have me coming in until I’m almost 9 weeks. I’ve mentioned concerns but still, no change in my appointment. Friends and family of mine have all been seen at 6 weeks after a loss just to assure them baby was okay. I leave next week for a trip and if my pregnancy wasn’t progressing okay I would cancel it- I do not want to miscarry in a hotel room.
I have an appointment on Monday with a new doctor who wanted me in at 6 1/2 weeks- Why is a new doc who has never seen me willing to take me early but not my own?  I’m slightly disappointed. 
What’s everyone else’s experience after a loss, did your doc take you early?

If you’ve had a mc my ob sees you at 6 weeks and every 2 weeks after for peace of mind.

I’ve had 2 misscarriages and no extra appointments this time round, I’ve been seen at the same time I normally would.

I haven’t conceived yet after my miscarriage last month but my OB told me to call right when I find out I’m pregnant again and I’ll get in. He said we could do an early ultrasound at 6-8 weeks to help ease my mind a bit. I’m super thankful! The regular ultrasound time is 10-12 weeks at my OB office.

I am getting seen at 6 weeks but I had two miscarriages last year. After the first one, they didn’t bring me in any sooner. I’m calling the shots now lol

I had a missed miscarriage in 2016, but before I lost the baby I went in at 5 weeks and 4 days just to check everything, make sure baby was okay then I lost baby at 7 weeks and 3 days literally 2 weeks and 3 days later.. but then I fell pregnant with my rainbow baby 5 months later, but because I was so scared incase the baby had no heartbeat I didn’t go to the doctors or get an ultrasound until I was over 9 weeks.

I had two miscarriages last year, so they are seeing me at 6 weeks (literally just found out yesterday I was expecting). I also asked for HCG bloodwork. Call your drs office & ask them if they could send paperwork for you to get the HCG bloodwork done to ease your mind.

I saw my OB at 4 wks 2 days which after the dating scan turned out to have actually been 3 wks 3 days 😱
When I had my mc she told me to come in right away the next time so that she could do serial hcg and make sure everything was ok. It also turned out that my progesterone came back really low so she started me on suppositories.

They treated my pregnancy like a normal pregnancy, they didn’t see me until I was almost 9 weeks.

I had two back to back miscarriages before conceiving this baby & I wasn’t scheduled to be seen until 12 weeks! Unless you go to a fertility specialist or a Midwife, typically OB offices give no ‘special’ treatment just because you’ve had losses unfortunately.
