Slow growing follicle

Hello guys, not sure if this is the right place for posting this, i can't seem to stop my sadness, in need of support.

TTC#1 for 4 years, with PCOS and on Metformin

From Last 2 months i am doing follicular study.

Last month i had clomid 50mg from CD 3-7 once/day and had a follicle on my right ovary around 9mm , it did not grow rest of the cycle.

We abandoned that cycle and started dufastone to induce my periods.

This month cycle I had done Clomid 50mg from CD 3-5 and Merional injection on CD 5 ,7 and 9.

Had my transvaginal scan and on CD 7 i had a follicle of 8.8mm on right ovary, CD 9 it growed to 11.3mm. And today CD 11 it reduced to 11.1mm.

Only that single follicle on right ovary and nothing in left ovary.

Now i have my next scan scheduled at CD15 and if its same , my gynac told we have to try next cycle.😓😣😫😭.

Is there any chance it will grow in 3 days?

Even though i have been ttc for 4 years, i have only been on meds like clomid and letrozole/femara.

This is my first cycle with injections and i don't know what to expect.😭

Pls share ur experiences.
