Hemorrhage with Twins

Just got back from emergency room after a scare this morning. Woke up bleeding bright red blood like I had my period. Had an ultrasound done at the ER and babies both were measuring good and strong heartbeats but there was a subchorionic hemorrhage. Has anyone else experienced this and was it ok? I am worried for my babies 😞 never had this with any of my three singleton pregnancy. Twin B looks so different than twin A to me ... maybe laying in a different position?
