UTI maybe ???

So this is just out of curiosity but I went pee, I happen to glance at the toilet and it was almost cloudy ? Does that automatically mean a UTI is present ? I’ve seen a lot of posts say yes, but I just don’t really think I have one as that’s really the only time I’ve actually looked and seen it cloudy. What do y’all think ?
