Round ligament pain

This is our first Baby and I just hit 5 months today, the past two days my left side/stomach started hurting and it feels as if it is RLP, I had a scheduled sonogram today and had them check everything and it’s all normal and they all agreed it sounds like RLP. My question for other Moms is was your pain pretty consistent like mine or only from moving wrong/too fast? I guess everyone is different, just wanting a little more reassurance bc the pain isn’t comfortable.
