It looks to be cradle cap! What we did was when he’s able to fully bathe, apply warm water on a wash cloth and let it sit on his head to soften the skin up; then find a very fine, soft bristled brush and start brushing away. They the follicles should start to come off. After a few nights (or weeks depending on how bad of a case you have and how often you bathe him) of brushing it should go away or at least subside! You can always ask you PED what there ideas are for cradle cap! There’s some oils you can use but I never used them. Good luck!!

I used my breast milk and a baby soft brush and massaged my milk in his scalp. Worked like a charm, never came back. He had it really bad!
