Pregnant with twins, 13 week check up no heartbeats, no reason. They were perfect. Haven’t been able to speak to a doctor yet but midwife called and said because of the size of my uterus (measuring at 18 weeks) the safest route is to be induced and labor them. I’m so terrified. I’ve had no bleeding or spotting and hardly any to no cramps. I’m just laying at home with them inside me and waiting until Monday when I can get ahold of the doctor I’m terrified and I can’t believe I have to just wait like this
