Hey ladies. I just got my nexplanon removed 12/28 after 1 year and 7 months with it in. During the time i had no period except the last 5 months. I got my period twice in December and i ovulated as soon as the implant came out because now i have a 3cm cyst on my right ovary 😣 so painful. My doctor said if i dont have a period on my own by march he will give me medicine to create on and i think hes going to start me on metformin at my 2 week follow up ultrasound. Any natural ways you guys help your period stay regular?? Any tips on ttc
