PCOS and Blood Sugar
So, since I've been diagnosed with PCOS I've been trying to do as much research as possible. Now, because PCOS directly effects your insulin levels, do you think it would be advised to take your blood sugar at least once a week? Or would a yearly fasting blood sugar at your doctors office be fine?
