Unplanned pregnancies

Has anyone had an unplanned pregnancy that they didn’t decide to keep?

I have just graduated from uni and accepted my first full time job in this field on a 12 month contract. I feel that if I go ahead with the pregnancy, they will withdraw the contract. I don’t know what to do. This job is something I have dreamed of having for ever.

Any advice would appreciated 😞
