When did you deliver your Mono/Di Twins?

Question

I’m 29 weeks and dealing with a very irritated uterus. The doctors have given me shots and medications to slow down preterm birth because of side pains and my fetal fibernectin came back positive. 
With medication I’m still contracting and having pains. I will probably go in for steroids and magnesium next week. 
When did you know you were in preterm labor or labor? When did you deliver?

Went into labor at 30wks 5 days, doctor was able to stop it with a shot. (Dont remember what is was) 
Delivered via scheduled cesarean at 37wks 6 days

I had no signs of preterm labor or even Braxton Hicks and my water broke suddenly at 30wks - delivered them 6 hours later as they couldn't slow labor down.

They need to get steroids on board now, not later if they are already concerned about preterm labor. I'm schedualed for 32 weeks due to complications. So 5 more days. I've been admitted since 24+5 and have had both sets of betamethazone. I have a very irritable uterus and have gotten very real contractions due to it. Have you seen an mfm at all? Regular ultrasound scans?

I delivered my twins at 35 weeks.. my water broke but our goal had been 37. Good luck!!
