I used an ASUS for four years and loved it. I only ended up replacing it because I was spending just as much money on new batteries and chargers as a new computer and its processor had all but crapped the bed. I got a custom CyberPower computer last winter and I ADORE it, but you don't need that if you don't want a gaming computer.
