The key is blending where the dark color meets the light shade. It should look like a gradual progression and not so sharp.

Honestly you just have to play around and practice. Blending is the technique to learn. Watch lots of tutorials!

You can use tape to make a clean line ,  or clean up with concealer. It makes a big difference😊😊😊😊😊😉
