Placental previa?!

Question! I had genetic testing and an ultrasound at 13w4d and doc said that baby A's placenta is completely covering my cervix for a complete placental previa.
He was surprised I hadn't been bleeding at all. 
My question is....he said it could correct itself and move as I and babies get bigger. If not then I'll for sure have to deliver c section but could also have preterm labor.
Anyone have experience with this.. I have di/di twins

With my first singleton pregnancy I had a complete placenta previa.  It was discovered at my anatomy scan at 20 weeks. They were certain it wouldn’t move and that I would have a csection. It moved and I was set for a vaginal delivery. It’s very possible that it will move.

Not personally, but I've seen a lot of women's move up and off the cervix like the doctor said. Sometimes they're put on pelvic rest, but if you're not bleeding you might not be given those instructions. If it doesn't move, then yes, C-section is 100% necessary.
