From breastmilk to formula

Hey momma’s. How did you switch your baby from breastmilk to formula? I’m completely worn out. I’m not getting any sleep anymore. I’m away from home for 12 hours at a time so I have to pump while I’m away. My supply has definitely taken a hit. It’s hard to find time to pump when you have patients to take care of.
