What’s your advice?

So I had unprotected sex not too long ago (Friday). I’ve been taking birth control since September. (*** I take both control for my endometriosis***). I was taking it around 10:30am. I was taking it normally. About 1-2 weeks ago. I started to get symptoms of getting ready to start my period. Nothing came because my lining was very thin. So I waited a week and see. I didn’t know this at the time (at one week I went to the gyno). No I’m not pregnant. It wasn’t until about a week or so ago I pushed my time of taking the pill to 8:30. Because of this birth control situation, could I end up pregnant? Should I take a plan B? Or will I be okay?
