Bleeding at 10 weeks

I had an ultrasound 9w +3 and baby was measuring perfect with a heart rate of 167.... all of a sudden today I have light cramping and “spotting” that is brownish red and enough to drip out on to my liner/ in the toilet ... my ultrasound was 4 days ago.. could something be wrong or is this Normal
