Best time of day to use Clearblue Digital OPK test?

What is the best urine to use for Clearblue Digital opk test?  Insert says FMU but I see all over Glow that afternoon urine is best ??

That test is designed for FMU. strip tests are designed for afternoon use. 
ALWAYS use them when the instructions say, thats the best time to take them.

I used fmu because it more concentrated with my clearblue advanced ovulation tests x

Not sure about the digital but i use dollar tree strips that compare to clear blue strips and it says not to use first morning urine. "Do not use first morning urine as LH is synthesized in your body early in the morning. It will not show up in your urine until later in the day." It says to use anywhere between 10 am and 8 pm.
