Counting calories
What is your calorie intake?? I am a bigger girl and I always lose weight during pregnancy! I do watch what I eat and try to keep it relatively low carb! MyFitnessPal has me at 1500 to lose 2 lbs a week at my weight! I feel like that is high, however I have an issue not eating enough while pregnant and getting light headed, what is a good amount of calories to be healthy during pregnancy? I think I remember 300-500 extra calories but with my calories already being so high is that really ideal??
