Orgasms/Sex with Cerclage

Soo I got my cerclage in 2 weeks ago and my doctor said wait 2 weeks to have sex. I have only had the cervix checked once since then and was told that everything looks good. Should I try sex/orgasms? Has anyone had either one with a cerclage?

Background; I got a preventive cerclage due to having a 25 weeker in my last pregnancy. My cervix is long and strong right now. This is for when I reach around the 20-30 week region when baby is heavier he may try to push cervix open.
