Nerve pain meaning??

Today for like 30 mins i have a sharp nerve like pain in my belly and cervix that made me yelp in pain. 
Wtf  does that mean and why does it happen? 
It fuckin hurt!

So your nerves are meant to transmit feeling from the body to the brain. When that goes wrong they can be overstimulated and send a sharp pain. It can happen when a nerve gets pinched (between your ribs is common in pregnancy so I learned firsthand.) There are a million reasons for it, including an actually injury that's causing the pain. Definitely worth asking your doctor about.
