Drainage from C-section???

This is for my C-section mamas:
 I’m currently 1+2 wks pp and I noticed that I’m getting some drainage from incision. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Looks like blood not puss or anything like that. 
Are you being active? 
Maybe try relaxing a little more. If you’re overdoing it it might not be healing properly. 
If the drainage has a smell or turns into puss then I’d contact your doctor.
