What could this rash be on my son’s face? I just noticed it today.

It’s hard to tell but it could be baby acne. Or are the bumps raised? Does he have them on his feet or fingers?

Just looks like baby acne like said above! I see it a lot, if he’s spitting up or chewing his hands a lot (salvia sitting in the face and being rubbed around) May have caused a little breakout

Looks like baby ache totally normal, my little girl got it now she’s 8wks old and has it on her cheeks and she has milk spots to.
