About a week before I miscarried I had terrible, sharp, sudden cramps that would last 30 minutes or so and stop, then I started having brown discharge for 3 or 4 days, I passed our baby, then it turned into bright red blood with tons of clots.

For anyone who has experienced a miscarriage.. I know this won’t be accurate but.. did you cramp in your lower abdomen?? I’ve never cramped so bad in my life with what I’m assuming is my period or a miscarriage. Normally my lower back and legs are crampy but not this time. My lower abdomen is hurting a lot and I just passed either a huge blood clot or a fetus.

If you passed tissue or blood clot- it’s most likely a miscarriage. I miscarried in November and at first I just had brown spotting. It eventually turned into red blood. Day later I started cramping bad and then passed my baby.

That’s exactly what happened to me but I wasn’t sure if it was the baby or not.
