I have 2 sons, 10 and 8. I had a c-section and tubal ligation when my 8 year old was born. Suddenly, I'm having pregnancy symptoms. I'm not due for my period for another 2 days, but I have a feeling it's not coming.

When I was pregnant with my 2 boys, I knew before I even missed my period that I was pregnant. Nausea started immediately, my boobs grew and hurt, and my nipples turned brown. All of that is happening again. I'm also exhausted and SUPER emotional, like crying for absolutely ridiculous reasons.

I took a test and it was negative, but with both of my previous pregnancies, I didn't get a positive until 2 weeks after I missed my period.

Have any of you gotten pregnant after a tubal ligation? I know is it unlikely, but (as lots of people have told me) not impossible. I think my biggest fear is having an ectopic pregnancy and having to terminate it. I know it's not a viable pregnancy, but it would still break my heart.
