Hey ladies so I went in the other day to get my IUD checked (I have kyleena) because I have had it for 4 months and never went in for the check up appointment. She looked and couldn’t find the strings and she even dug around with a cotton swab to see if they were just cooked and nothing. I have been having really bad cramps and tender breasts along with bloating that is not normal for me at all. I also have been craving only spicy foods which normally I don’t like and the nausea is killing me. I have been pregnant before but miscarried but I feel like I’m pregnant , not to mention I have had several dreams I was, but I took a test the other day and it was negative so probably not pregnant. But what could be going on? Thank you ladies.
