Can you Force your cycle forward a week?

My husband is military and I’ll be seeing him end of March. I thought that’s when my fertile cycle was, but it’s the week before I can see him apparently. My cycle is very regular so I don’t see it changing. I’m devastated! Is there a way to force your period to start your cycle earlier so the fertile window will align? I have some old birth control pills I could use with progesterone. I just don’t know how to go about this. TIA!
