Maybe going into labor?

I’m 34 weeks and had a little bit of brown spotting earlier, Literally a tiny dot. And she’s been moving non stop all day long and it’s 4:30! I’ve had quite a few contractions today but I didn’t time them bc I didn’t really think to. I don’t wanna call my doctor and alarm her just yet bc the spotting was soo little and I’ve been to the hospital 2 times for what turned out to be nothing
