Losing my baby?

So according to my LMP I should be 6 weeks 3 days. Had only a qualitative HCG 2 weeks ago which was positive. Had some very light spotting, Brown in color and only when I wiped with some very mild cramping over the weekend. Went to see my OB today, she did a vaginal US and there is a cyst on my ovary most likely causing the cramping and no active bleeding in the uterus which were reassuring signs. But she could only find “what looks like a gestational sac.” She said I could have ovulated later than I thought since I have a history of irregular periods, but have been regular for the last year or more. She sent me for quantitative HCG and progesterone today and I’m to go back Wednesday for a redraw. Today’s level was only 142 for HCG and 5.8 for progesterone. A lot lower than what was expected. Anyone else out there have levels like this that did double and/or turn out ok? I feel like I’m probably losing this miracle. How do you deal with this. The pain is unbearable! Just looking for some support I guess, because my husband is now angry with me. I feel so hopeless right now....
